How to Find Your Host’s Cancellation Policy
- If you have not booked a stay yet, you can view the Host’s cancellation policy on the Reservation Checkout page.
- If you’ve already booked your stay, you can view your Host’s cancellation policy by logging in to your ‘My Stays’ and clicking details for the appropriate reservation. You’re refund or charged amount is subject to the Host’s cancellation policy. You will see the amount to be refunded or charged once you click cancel. The reservation is not officially cancelled until you click ‘Confirm’.
Other Refund Conditions
Additionally, your refund amount may also be affected by:
- Security Deposit Fee: Always refunded if you cancel before check-in.
- Service Fee: Service fees are non-refundable.
On-site property fees: If a hotel or other professional Host collects property fees on-site, any refund of those fees is at the discretion of the Host.
